Studies on Contact Bleeding of Female Genital Tract

|
Studies were made with various aspect on 332 cases of contact bleeding who visited Gynecological Cancer Clinic from July, 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976. The results summarized were as fellows: Among 3347 women who visited Gynecological Cancer Clinic, cases of contact bleecing were 332 women and its frequency revealed 9.9%. Incidence of malignancy among 332 cases of contact bleeding was 4.5%. The most frequent possible cause of contact bleeding was 41.6% with simple erosion and next to this was 21.1% with trichmonas infestation, 17.5% with group of not eroded, respectively. The most frequent cloposcopic finding encountered on group of trichomonas infestation was 35.7% with original epithelium and on the other hand 6.5% with atypical transformation zone found on group of simple erosion revealed the least.
